Palace Buseck, Fulda

Background and Intention

Palace Buseck was built in 1732 and is a cultural monument of particular note because of its barely defective condition. It was used as a residential home for aristocratic unmarried ladies with a protestant religion. The fixtures added to the palace during the 1960's were deconstructed consistently to bring back the original peculiarities of the rooms of the baroque era. Arm spaces with baroque stuccoed ceilings and original floors are typical of that era and are continuously and sensitivly brought into a state that is convenient for flexible future use such as for appartments, offices and exhibitions.
